We act for individual leaseholders, small investor groups and owners of multiple units who face heavy historic demands, rising budgets or long-running arguments with their landlord or managing parties.

What we actually do

We are not note-takers or simple file organisers. Our role is to turn a scattered history of letters, demands and accounts into a clear situation picture and a practical plan from the owner’s point of view.

We approach each matter as a long-horizon problem, not a one-off bill dispute. Most clients need more than a single letter: they need a path that covers short-term protection, medium-term pressure and long-term outcomes.

How we fit with lawyers and other advisers

Many clients already have, or will eventually need, a solicitor or other regulated professional. Our work is designed to sit around that, not to compete with it.

• Helping the client stay aligned with the agreed plan over time

This separation means clients keep a single strategic view, even where several firms or professionals become involved at different stages.

Capacity and selectivity

We intentionally work with a limited number of clients. This allows us to stay close to the detail, follow developments over years rather than weeks, and remain directly involved when important decisions have to be taken.

Where we do not believe we can add decisive value, we will say so early and clearly.
