Disclaimer

Important information for clients, prospective clients and building-wide groups regarding the limits of our role, our independence and how our work should be interpreted.

Advisory nature of our work

Property Resolution UK provides strategic consultancy to leaseholders, investors and coordinated groups. We assist with structure, organisation, document review and long-range planning. Our work supports clients in understanding their position and preparing for formal processes where applicable.

We are not a regulated law firm and do not provide legal representation, reserved legal activities or litigation services.

No legal advice or representation

Nothing in our reports, summaries, guidance notes or communications should be interpreted as legal advice. We do not act as solicitors or barristers, and we do not appear on behalf of clients in court or tribunal proceedings.

Where legal input is required, clients are responsible for instructing their own independent legal representatives. We may, on request, assist in preparing documents or organising materials for external professionals.

Information accuracy & reliance

Our analysis is based on the documents, explanations and materials supplied to us. We do not independently verify the accuracy of third-party information, historical records or statements provided by managing agents, freeholders or operators.

Clients should not act solely on the basis of our written or verbal guidance without seeking appropriate legal, financial or accounting advice where relevant.

Independence & conflict management

Property Resolution UK operates independently and does not receive commissions, referral fees or financial incentives from legal firms, accountants or other professional service providers.

We accept work only where no conflict of interest exists with our ongoing matters or prior engagements.

Limitations of outcomes & projections

Any scenario planning, outcome ranges or indicative modelling we provide reflects our understanding of the documents and the structural issues present at the time of review. These are illustrative only and not guarantees of future results.

Formal processes, negotiations or third-party decisions may lead to outcomes that differ significantly from indicative projections.
